we wish to provide you with a few clear indications relating to the personal data management policy adopted by the Società dei Concerti Trieste, with registered office in Piazzetta Santa Lucia 1, in its capacity as Data Controller of personal data; if you wish to consult the Privacy Policy in its updated and complete form, of which this brief information is a part, it is always available upon request. All data provided is processed for the purpose of executing the associative relationship and the related legal obligations; the information is treated correctly, lawfully, transparently and in such a way as to guarantee and protect your privacy. In particular, the data you provide us will be processed for the following purposes:

• to allow the correct fulfillment and execution of the contractual relationship (sale of tickets, provision of services);

• for the possible transmission – to you – of newsletters and social communications by e-mail or instant messaging means (text messages and whatsapp) or equivalent;

• for the possible creation of discussion areas (also in the form of electronic forums) on the web platforms used by the Società dei Concerti;

• for archiving and conservation, in the manner and terms of the law and to provide for the fulfillment of the law.

The processing of data will mainly be carried out using automated and IT methods and they may be disclosed to third parties only for purposes functional to the use of the IT and communication services they provide. Third parties, if they process the data, will compulsorily comply with the same regulations of the current EU Regulation 2016/679, even if they operate outside the European Union. In case of refusal to communicate the data or opposition to the processing, the establishment or continuation of the sales and service supply relationship will be impossible.

Finally, we would like to point out that it is important, for the performance of the SDC's activities, to be able to possibly use contents collected during our activities such as photos and interviews, also through communication to partner subjects such as communication agencies and consultants of the owner and dissemination on social networks or printed magazines for the purpose of producing promotional material and/or carrying out promotional campaigns and, for this purpose.
